Student Wellbeing Support Officers (SWSO)

• • Student Wellbeing Support Officers are funded through the National Student Wellbeing Program
  • An SWSO works closely and in partnership with Student Wellbeing Leaders, school leaders and teachers to provide practical support to students, families and staff as requested
  • Are well positioned to work across the school to build a sense of community, wellbeing and connectedness to the classroom
  • Are trained and equipped to provide their school with a unique dimension of social and emotional support in line with DfE wellbeing framework.
